Happy new year!
However this past year was for you…right now, I want you to take a deep breath. You are moving forward into a brand-new year, and I want you to give yourself permission to dream and hope for a version of you in your life that feels better, more peaceful, more able to enjoy more moments than where you are right now.

More able to change what isn’t working and make peace with some things that are not changeable.

Let’s think back to when you were a child. Think about whether you were lucky and had encouraging parents or teachers. I know that some of us did, and some did not… if you did not, I want you to try to imagine your caregivers telling you that you could do anything you wanted.

If you were lucky enough to have had these beliefs given to you as a child, then you probably are going through life feeling pretty confident about yourself

Confident about what you could achieve
And that you could figure things out most of the time.

But let’s say you didn’t have a great upbringing, and these were not the beliefs you were given. Well, no worries, because if you didn’t get these messages as you grew up, I am going to give them to you today

And together we can start today with a clean slate of beliefs, including the big belief that it’s all possible for you.
