I love it because it’s so motivating to see someone before with struggles I can relate to, and then the ‘after’ version of them, free from all the struggles.
It gives us hope, right?
If they can change so can we.
And it’s so inspiring to see how different someone can be.
It’s one thing when we think we might be capable of change.
And it’s another thing to actually see someone be transformed, right before our eyes.
The problem comes when we think of our before and after only in terms of how much we weigh, or what size pants we wear.
There are so many parts that need to change and lead to your after.
