Last week we talked about the compounding effect of your habits. Today I’m back to help you pinpoint which of your habits don’t serve you in your quest for weight loss.
We talk about habits a lot here.
Last episode I talked about the compounding effect of your habits.
And if you listened to that episode, you know that I mean that each thing you do gives you a result and that result grows, just like interest compounding on money in the bank. The result is bigger than what you started with.
So, whether you are thinking about a good habit you have, that affects your eating and your weight, or a habit you wish you didn’t have…all your habits count and add up. Or compound.
Before we dive in to change any of your habits, you need to be aware of what you’re doing, especially if you’re talking about an area of life that you might not be happy about.
One of the big picture goals I wish for you is to build habits that support your weight loss and your life as you want it to be. Building these kinds of habits puts you in charge as the artist who is creating your life, just the way you want it to be.
Today I want to talk about the habits you have that aren’t serving you.
We all have them.
And you don’t need to eliminate every single habit that isn’t helpful. That isn’t the goal.
But let’s just start with some of the things you do that feel so automatic that it feels like you have no choice.
You always have a choice.
Let’s break this down together.
