Episode 225A: 5 Day Challenge to Stop Overeating at the End of Your Day
If you’re anything like most of the women I work with, the bulk of your eating happens at the end of your day.
It might be when you first get home from whatever you were doing that day.
Or maybe your overeating starts when you’re getting dinner ready.
Or, maybe it’s a longer period, from the time you get home until your bedtime.
Whatever your end of the day overeating habit looks like, it leads to two things.
One is you’re eating more than your body needs, which equals extra weight.
The other thing this habit leads to is an even stronger habit, that you think you’ll never be able to change. It feels like this particular overeating is out of your control and you are helpless when it comes up.
So if you relate to this struggle, I want you to imagine what it would be like if this habit no longer ruled the end of your days.
