Today we have a special episode.
It’s time to hear from another Freedom Group member, Kay.
So often when you hear about another person’s success, you think: well, she’s different than me.
She did this, she changed her emotional eating habits, she lost weight, she became a natural eater.
But I’m different.
My case is different.
I just can’t do it.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
What someone else can learn and do, you also can learn and do.

So periodically I bring on someone who has done what you wish you could do. And I help her tell her story.
So you can see that yes, she did it and I share some of the same issues as her, so maybe, just maybe, if she could do it, then maybe I can too.
