Episode 219: Can You Lose One Pound?
Did you ever lose one pound?
In your whole life?
Just one little pound?
Of course you did.
We all have lost one pound at one time or another.
And here is what may have happened.
You said: wow! I did it and this is great!
Now all I have to do is keep going.
One pound and one pound and one pound until I get what I want.
Until I get to my goal weight.
OR ,did you create scenario two:
You said: Well, I lost one pound.
Anyone can lose one pound.
But there’s no way I can keep this up.
There’s no way I can do this over and over.
So, who cares!
If you have what it takes to lose one pound, you have what it takes to keep going to lose as much weight as you want.
It ALL depends on what you say to yourself.
What you think about that one pound.
What you make that one pound mean.
Are you with me?
Let’s lose one pound. Again and again and again.
Until you get what you want.
