You might be choosing it because that’s what a famous public figure weighs, and you admire her.
Or maybe you’ve chosen a weight that you are aiming for that reminds you of a happy time in your life.
Today we’re going to get really clear on how to choose a weight loss goal.
I want you to think about this during the week. Think about your real life. How you eat, how you move, your age, and all the things that make up your life.
What are you willing and able to change?
Is that sustainable?
What cannot be changed?
What does your number look like now?
This session will help you come to a weight range that you can work toward that will be real, just like you.
