A diet tells you what to eat, how much to eat, and maybe when to eat.
But if you are driven to eat when you aren’t hungry, no diet in the world will help you manage yourself around food.
No book will help you take apart the problem.
This is something you can learn how to do, and I will help you.
Because remember, I want you to become your own guru…someone whose advice you trust and WANT to follow.
Because you will reach the point where you know your own thinking makes the most sense.
