Episode 214: Weight Loss is Not One Big Hard Thing
Do you think that losing weight is just SO hard?
Most women do.
Even smart women like you.
Part of the reason you think this way is that you aren’t clear on how to do it.
What to stop doing.
And what to start doing.
I’m going to share those things with you today.
But the other reason you think it’s a huge hard thing is that you are looking at it as a big problem. When you do that, it’s hard to see where to begin. What to work on.
I want you to break it down into three main challenges.
How to eat like a natural eater.
How to think like a natural eater.
And how to take care of yourself, so food is not your main comfort in life.
A diet tells you what to eat, how much to eat, and maybe when to eat.
But if you are driven to eat when you aren’t hungry, no diet in the world will help you manage yourself around food.
No book will help you take apart the problem.
This is something you can learn how to do, and I will help you.
Because remember, I want you to become your own guru…someone whose advice you trust and WANT to follow.
Because you will reach the point where you know your own thinking makes the most sense.
So let’s take this big problem apart into small challenges that you can actually do.
