Ah, the big question!
What should I eat?

No doubt you’ve asked yourself this question many, many times.
Possibly hoping for a magical answer. But you know I am always honest with you.
My friend, there is no magical answer.

In this coaching session, I will walk you through the process of deciding how to choose your food, as the intelligent, adult woman you are.

I know you want me, or someone, to tell you what to eat.
I know that would feel easier for you.
But you know and I know that it simply doesn’t work.
No one knows you and your body and your needs better than you.
Even though you may not believe me.

I know you probably think there is some list somewhere in the world, that has all the perfect foods for you, that will deliver amazingly fast weight loss.
This list will also tell you what foods to stay away from and if you follow this list, you will wake up thin and happy.

Okay, back to real life.
You have within you the ability to figure out your food.
This is not rocket science, I promise.
You can use a few simple criteria to know how to say yes or no to any given food. After you decide if you are hungry, or course.

This is weight loss for the thinking woman.
