Episode 210: How to Avoid The Perfect Storm of Overeating
Did you ever have one of those days when all the things that happened, and what you did, added up to you eating way more than you needed?
And did you ever have one of those days when all the things seemed to go right? And you easily created a great day of eating and self-care?
I like to call these days, both of them: perfect storm days. That means that all the things you experienced, thought about, felt and did added up to a result. Either a day you felt great about or a day you ended up regretting.
So you can have a day that is a perfect storm of overeating. OR you can have a day that is a perfect storm of doing great.
I know you’d love to string together a bunch of great days of helpful eating and great self-management. And I know that sometimes it feels like you have no control over how the days turn out.
