Your goal is to become a natural eater, right?
That means that you know when you’re hungry and you eat.
You know when you are nicely satisfied, and you stop eating.
It does not mean that you are an accomplished dieter. Nope.
That is not our goal in this work together.
Your goal is to read the signals from your body and answer them.
That said, you might not be able to imagine what it would feel like to be a natural eater.
Maybe you’ve always struggled with your weight. And the thought of losing that struggle seems foreign to you.
I understand.
So today, I’m going to help you see and hear what it would be like to be a natural eater on a day-to-day basis.
Natural eaters don’t have perfect lives. They have good days and very challenging days. Just like you and me.
The difference is that even on the most challenging of days, they don’t abandon the way they eat, the way they think OR the way they care for themselves.
Let’s walk through this vision together. I’m going to show you an example of how a natural eater navigates a typical day…the kind of day when things actually go according to plan. (Imagine!)
We’ll also take a peek into a day in the life of a natural eater who is going through a hard day. Things do not go as planned.
