Episode 196 – Love to Plan or Hate to Plan?

Are you one of those people who runs the other way when I talk about planning?
Planning what your week looks like.
Planning your meals.
Planning your self-care.
Planning some fun.

You get the idea. Planning means thinking ahead to make things easier for yourself.
But lots of us still think of planning as boring, restrictive rules.
You might think that a plan will tell you what you HAVE to do, vs. what you want to do.

Well, when you are the creator of your plan, it’s something you are doing for yourself.
That means that you are taking care of the most important person in your life: YOU.

Without planning, you will almost always do the same things you’ve always done. And if you want to change anything, that means you have to do things differently.

The way this happens is by thinking ahead of time about what you want, and then mapping out the steps to take to get yourself there.

You can do this, and you can do it without feeling burdened.
It is something you aren’t born with; it’s something you learn.
I will teach you why planning helps you be successful at reaching your goals, and how to think about it so it doesn’t feel like a big, boring chore.

Are you ready to dive in?
