Episode 195: Thoughts Before and After Eating
Did you know that your overeating episodes are totally predictable?
I’ll bet you think that you are helpless against those strong urges that sneak up on you.
The truth is, your thoughts right before you overeat are really accurate predictors of what you will do….will you overdo it?
Or will you wait to be hungry before you eat?
Natural eaters have thoughts before they eat. And of course, they also have thoughts after they eat.
But they are SO different from the thoughts that emotional eaters and habitual overeaters have.
And in this coaching session, I’m going to share with you those thoughts that natural eaters use to eat just the right amount at the right time.
You can borrow these thoughts until they become natural for you.
Because I know your goal is to become a natural eater, right?
So you don’t just want to focus on how they eat.
You want to focus on what they think to be able to eat the way they do.
And that’s exactly what I am going to show you today.
Try on some of these thoughts and see how they feel, and what they lead you to do. I think you’ll be surprised to see that eating naturally is not as hard as you think, once you see the difference between your thoughts and a natural eater’s thoughts.
