When you set yourself on a path to change your eating, if you understand how your mind works, and how your habits are formed and changed, no food is stronger than you.
You can do this my friend. Look for your strengths, in all areas and stop looking for your proof of weakness.
It’s a new day. You’re strong and you’re in charge.
