Episode 172: The Math of Weight Loss Part 2
Are you frustrated because the scale is not moving? You are not alone! And you’re not alone in thinking that you have no idea why you can’t lose weight.
But I am here today to show you how to figure out EXACTLY what you are doing, or not doing, that is contributing to your current weight.
You might remember that in Episode 98, The Math of Weight Loss, we looked at this concept. Here, I am elaborating on how thinking of your weight as the end of an equation will help you make adjustments so you can get the result you want.
I want you to think of your weight as part of a big but very simple math equation. On one side are all the things you do or don’t do.
- How you eat.
- When you start eating.
- What you eat.
- When you stop eating.
And so on.
All these things add up to the right side of the equation. And that is your weight.
So, if you want to change that number on the scale, I want you to sit down, leave the mind drama behind, do the math, and figure out exactly what needs to be adjusted, so the number on the right is a number you want.
