Episode 171: Hold Yourself Accountable for What You Eat

Accountable Podcast 171

What do you do when you slip? When you promise yourself that you will do something or not do something, and it doesn’t work? You don’t keep that promise sometimes, right? Are you accountable to yourself?

If you’re like most of the people I’ve worked with you probably veer between hating yourself when you slip and letting it go without examining what happened.

In this coaching session, you know I’m going to strongly recommend against beating yourself up. Of course.

But I’m also not an advocate of saying: “Oh well. No big deal.” And just moving on.

It’s not a big deal. But it’s a learning experience if you allow yourself to look at what happened. What you thought. What you felt. What you did or didn’t do. And what the end result was.

This is loving accountability.

Want to grow? No more beating, and no more sweeping it under the rug.

Be accountable, learn from your mistake and THEN move on.
