Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night, looking for food? Maybe you’re actually hungry, or maybe it’s just your habit.
In the moment, it feels like you have no choice but to follow this strong urge. And so, you do.
In the moment you don’t give it a lot of thought; there’s just this super-strong urge. And you probably go back to sleep after you’ve eaten. But the next morning is a different story, as you are wracked with guilt and regret.
Feeling bad and frustrated won’t help. But I do want you to do something about this, so it doesn’t become an even stronger habit.
In this coaching session I will tell you exactly what it might look and feel like so you can know if middle-of-the-night eating is what you are struggling with.
Then we will talk about all the possible reasons you might be doing this. We’ll talk about how it started and what to do about it.
