How do you feel most days? Are you energized and fairly optimistic? Or are you drained and depleted?

We need to look at the possible causes for these feelings so you can figure this out. And then you can deal directly with the cause of these feelings and get on with your life.
And, of course, stop using food to feel better.
In this coaching session, we’re going to consider all the reasons you may be feeling drained.
We’ll separate the potential causes into physical and mental or emotional reasons for your exhaustion. And we will take a look at what things are within your control, and which are outside of your control.
And then we’ll make a plan.
