Ho hum! Another lull in your day. Nothing exciting to do. Not much to think about.
Might as well grab something to eat!
Is this you?
Although eating from boredom was never my thing, SO many of my former clients and Freedom Group members have told me that this is their biggest struggle.
If you’ve ever gone to eat something with no hunger, and seemingly no problem, you know what I mean.
It’s the excitement you are looking for. The pleasure. And yes, that hit of dopamine that you crave.
But wait! This is a habit you don’t want to keep.
Because it will give you a gift you don’t want. All that extra weight. And a strong link between an emotion and the chips, ice cream and Snickers bars.
So, join me as I deconstruct the idea of boredom:
- What it is.
- Why you feel it.
- What it feels like.
- What creates that feeling of being bored.
- And a new way to both look at it, and not eat from it.
I know if you solved this issue, your eating would be less stressed, and your old habits of eating from feelings would start to fade away.
Let’s do this!
