After years of dieting and not understanding why those diets didn’t work, Randy has finally found what we all want: freedom!
Randy learned all about the emotions that drove her to eat more than her body needed. She learned that there was nothing wrong with her. She had simply learned to use food to feel better and now knows the real solution to negative emotions.

Well, those feelings don’t go away. They hide under the surface and create such discomfort, that we turn to something to feel better. That’s what emotional eating is.
