The KonMari Method has 6 rules:

  1. Commit yourself to tidying up.
  2. Imagine your ideal lifestyle.
  3. Discard what really doesn’t work.
  4. Tidy by category, not location.
  5. Follow the right order.
  6. Ask yourself if it sparks joy.

In this coaching session I’ll explain why decluttering your mind is important for reaching your goals. And I’ll show you how to adapt the KonMari rules to do this.

I’ll walk you through each step so you can begin discarding thoughts that are not useful or joyful. It’s time to KonMari your mind!
