Why does this happen? Trust that you’re not alone in ‘forgetting’ what you were planning to do. It happens because of habit and distraction.
And in this coaching session, I’m going to help you shine the light on your old habits, and lessen the likelihood of this happening to you, so your weight loss goal stays on the front burner of your mind.
