If you constantly start and stop your weight loss efforts, and your efforts to stop bingeing and take better care of yourself, the ‘stop’ part comes about because of your excuses.
Excuses are made-up stories you tell yourself about why you can’t do something.
I know you don’t really want to believe them. But you do.
In this coaching session, I’m going to show you what an excuse is, and how it’s different from an obstacle.
We’re going to talk about why and how your brain falls in love with your excuses, and doesn’t want to let them go. Even though they hurt you.
