Episode 32: How to Get Past Your Greatest Weight Loss Fears

It’s inevitable. Just like clockwork. It always comes up.

All my clients think this. Sometimes it comes up early, in the consultation. Other times it comes up after a couple of coaching sessions, once my clients feel more comfortable with me.
