When you want to lose weight and end your eating struggle, often all you can think about is the number on the scale.
That is your goal, your big focus.
In fact, sometimes it’s all you can think about.
You want that number.
You judge yourself by how far you are from that number.
And you struggle. You don’t know how to get there.
What I’m going to teach you today is how to create success right now, on your way to the weight loss you want so much.
I want you to break down the process of losing weight and count every little thing you do to get there, as a small goal.
And when you reach that small goal, yes!
That counts as a victory.
I know, I know. You still want that number.
But all those little everyday goals and victories are exactly what will get you to your goal.
So, let’s do this.
Let’s make every step you take count along the way to that number on the scale.
