Episode 231: Healthy Food Doesn’t Give You Permission To Eat It All
You’ve heard about my mind-reading ability, right?
My uncanny skill of knowing just what you are thinking?
Well, I’ve done it again.
I happen to know that at some point, you probably have thought that you could eat as much food as you want as long as it’s ‘healthy’.
Am I right?
Have you ever complained about how you’re eating ‘so good’ and you’re not losing weight?
I know, I know…. I’ve been there.
I’ve watched my calories.
I’ve watched my carbs.
I’ve watched my sugar and my flour.
And I’ve used so many other ways of judging food as good or bad.
And those tricks didn’t give me weight loss.
I was still eating too much food.
I was still eating when I was upset, instead of hungry.
So, are you kidding yourself if you think ‘healthy’ foods = weight loss?
And you can eat as much of them as you want?
Listen to this episode and find out whether I give you a hall pass to eat as much as you want if a food is a healthy food.
