You are here because you want to lose weight, end all the drama around eating, or maybe both.

But in pursuing these goals, what are you likely to do?
If you’re like most of the women I’ve had the honor of working with, you do what all the other overweight women do.

You practice being overweight and seeking a magical solution.
Instead, you should be practicing what natural eaters do…not what overweight women do.

I know this is surely not your intention.
You want to lose the weight AND the whole problem.
But if you are approaching it like a dieter, then you are creating more of what you don’t want:

  •  The thoughts of overweight women
  •  The feelings of overweight women
  •  The actions of overweight women

And…you are stuck in the struggle.

Being Overweight

I know you don’t do this on purpose.
I know that creating more extra weight is the opposite of what you want.
So, let’s look at this today.

If you want something different than what you have, you need to stop trying to do what overweight women do, and start doing what natural eaters do.
